We have decided to postpone the next edition of Escape New York to next year. We will ride on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. Although we state Escape New York is a rain-or-shine event, the current weather forecasts predict conditions in which we cannot safely hold the ride. Our decision also reflects the thoughts of many riders and volunteers who reached out to us with their concerns.
Riders registered for this Saturday's ride will be rolled-over to the 2024 ride. We hope that you will join us then. If for some reason you cannot join us at that point, please contact enyinfo@nycc.org, and we will do our best to find a fair and appropriate solution.
We know that this decision will disappoint many of you, and we are disappointed as well. We hope to see you in better weather.
